Visit our careers site to explore life at PagerDuty, discover opportunities, and sign-up for job alerts PagerDuty is seeking a Senior Anaplan Administrator with an expectation to make a significant impact on the overall automation transformation we’re embarking on throughout our finance organization. This person is an Anaplan subject matter expert and has worked with the platform for a significant amount of time in other complex, high growth organizations. Reporting to a Senior Manager, the Senior Anaplan Administrator will play a key role in independently developing, managing, and optimizing Anaplan models to support our business planning processes. This role will focus on providing support for ongoing day-to-day operations including troubleshooting, recommending implementable improvements to existing models, as well as building new models. Supporting multiple teams including FP&A, Accounting, and Sales Operations, this position requires excellent collaboration skills, the ability to manage model-building activities to completion, and a focus on delivering intuitive user experiences. We're looking for an individual that is passionate and results oriented with a proven track record of on-time execution and delivery. Key Responsibilities: Implement enhancements and new features to existing models based on user feedback and changing business needs, collaborating with stakeholders to ensure the system is meeting their needs. Create visualizations and dashboards to automate and standardize recurring reports used throughout PagerDuty. Translate existing spreadsheets and business problems into sophisticated Anaplan models that influence the analysis and decisions being made by various stakeholders. Conduct regular model maintenance and ensure data integrity. Identify and troubleshoot model issues, providing technical support and recommending solutions for improvement. Develop and maintain technical documentation and training materials, providing training to others as needed. Basic Qualifications: Candidates must have previous hands-on experience (2 years) in Anaplan model building and end-to-end Anaplan deployment experience. Strong understanding of Anaplan architecture, capabilities and limitations, complex formula logic as well as financial and business planning processes. Experience with system design, testing, implementation, and end user support/training. Ability to balance multiple projects and competing priorities. Preferred Qualifications: Highly organized and detail-oriented; an independent problem solver who can cope positively with changes in the work environment. Excellent quantitative and analytical skills. Excellent attention to detail. 3 years of previous experience in a Finance, Operations, IT (or equivalent) role and understanding of how overall department works/functions Salary Info: The base salary range for this position is 120,000 - 187,000 USD. This role may also be eligible for bonus, commission, equity, and/or benefits. Our base salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range, which is subject to change based on primary work location, reflects the minimum and maximum base salary we expect to pay newly hired employees for the position.
