" Must have 10 years of experience in Business analysis Education: Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or Finance Extensive experience as a Business Analyst for a large financial institution Experience in working in an Agile environment as a Product owner Excellent personal organization skills and ability to take things to closure without follow-ups Leadership skills and ability to work well with diverse team members, often in multiple locations Strong presentation and facilitation skills Excellent oral and written communication skills and the ability to clearly articulate to all project members and stakeholders. Team player who works well with technical and non-technical resources. Extensive experience in gathering business requirements and developing functional specifications, user stories with special emphasis on use cases, acceptance criteria, test cases. Knowledge of business analysis best practices (such as BABOK) Must be organized and good at managing deliverables, meeting notes, presentations, and other documentationcommunications. Experience with Full Lifecycle software development processes. Experience modeling business processes using a variety of tools and techniques (preferably BPMN) Experience with Azure Dev Ops for capturing user stories Experience with process-reengineering and writing SQL queries Proven conceptual, analytical, and judgmental skills Experience in project management is a plus Experience with tools like iGrafx, PEGA, Camunda, BPM is a plus CBAP, CSPO or similar certification is a plus " (1.) To prepare the functional specification document and ensure for completeness and storage. (2.) To understand the business requirements and map it to functional specifications. (3.) To participate and facilitate the walkthrough to brief the functional specification mapping to business requirements. (4.) To prepare and / or aid the preparation of test cases in line with functional requirements (5.) Suggest design solutions
