Sourcing Analyst

Our Client, a Mattress Manufacturing company, is looking for a Sourcing Analyst for their Doraville, GA/Hybrid location.
Responsibilities: Uploads and validates raw material pricing in advance of effectivity date. Utilizes knowledge of OHM and pricing module to proactively minimize purchasing and receiving variances caused by UOM inconsistency. Proactively troubleshoots missing or inaccurate pricing. Partners with SSMs and Accounts Payable to resolve pricing discrepancies between Supplier Price Lists and Supplier Invoices. Creates and maintains Standard Work and templates required for Centralized Pricing Management. Collaborates with Client to ensure standard pricing templates are utilized by Suppliers and pricing is submitted for entry in advance of effectivity date. Trains SOMs to upload/manage pricing as needed. Leverages pricing report summaries/validations on weekly basis and reviews with VP Sourcing Operations to assure accurate price changes. Uploads and validates supplier raw material inventory for daily and weekly with Sourcing and monthly ELT review. Partners with Suppliers, SOMs, and S&OP team members to obtain and enter accurate supplier inventory levels. Updating recycled content by part number for sustainability reporting. Creates and maintains Standard Work and templates required. Trains SOMs to upload/manage raw material inventory as needed.
Requirements:
Be proficient in MS office and have intermediate / advanced experience using Excel, Access, PowerBI, SQL to provide Data Analysis. Require extensive experience with vlookup and pivot tables. Experience with Smartsheet is a plus. Must be knowledgeable and proficient with OHM/ERP pricing functions. Have an understanding of Raw Materials, Part Numbers, and Vendor/Vendor Codes. Understand sourcing and Supply Chain Management in Manufacturing environment Have a knowledge of standard strategic sourcing processes, policies, and procedures Have excellent oral and written communication skills, organization skills, and problem-solving skills Have strong team work and interpersonal skills Use critical thinking and continuous improvement mindset Be well organized Be a self-starter with demonstrated ability to achieve results 1-3 years of relevant business experience. Relevant Bachelor's degree (MBA, Engineering or Supply Chain degree a plus).
