Boston, MA Required Skills: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field. 10 - 15+ years of experience in testing, with a focus on SAP systems (OTC/PTP/RTR). Extensive experience with SAP S/4 HANA and TOSCA automation tools. Proficiency in test management tools like JIRA. Strong understanding of QA concepts, including security testing and agile methodologies. Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills. Ability to lead and mentor a team of testers. Should have played the role of Automation Lead for 3+ years. Knowledge in setting up Tool Infrastructure and performing Proof of Concepts. Extensively worked and hands-on experience in Automation Script Development. Past experience in developing test automation strategy, framework, and test plan documents. Remediation of existing Automation scripts and convert them from ECC to S/4 Hana. Preferred to have overall Test Management and Project Management Skills. Ability to work independently and in-person onsite/remotely, with willingness to travel for client engagements as needed. Roles and Responsibilities: Lead and manage the testing efforts for SAP S/4 HANA implementation projects. Design, create, and implement comprehensive test strategies for large SAP programs, including implementation, upgrade, and S/4 transformation. Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts using TOSCA automation tools. Perform end-to-end testing of SAP systems, ensuring integration between various modules. Conduct analysis for automation testing, performance testing, and integration testing. Identify, register, plan, and mitigate risks, and communicate them clearly to stakeholders. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality and efficiency in testing processes. Conduct daily End of day call and provide updates on testing progress and issues. Follow up on Defects and close monitoring of daily Target of testing. Support in building/migrating automation repository. Perform maintenance and support of Automation Repository at regular intervals, as needed.
