RMC is hiring a

Help Desk Representative

to support our Navy customer at the Washington Navy Yard (WNY) in Washington, DC, and occasionally in Bethesda, MD. The selected applicant will be expected to provide Tier 0, 1, and 2 IT and cybersecurity support services to address issues with end-user computers, ancillary devices, printers, and software. Job responsibilities include:

Correcting faults, improving performance, and supporting the availability of the WNY RDT&E Network. Maintaining the functionality and capability of WNY end users and customers. Providing Enterprise Service Desk/User Support services to include reporting and metrics, spillage, and incident handling reporting. Conducting computer and IT troubleshooting, imaging and computer rebuilds, token and account management, and cybersecurity preventive maintenance. Providing support and troubleshooting the Navy's Microsoft 365 Flank Speed environment. Requirements

Active

DoD SECRET clearance is required to start . The applicant selected may be subject to a security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information. Two (2) years

of experience providing help desk support for networks, web applications, software, and hardware in a Windows operating system environment. Must possess an IAT I baseline certification (one from the following list): CompTIA A+ (CE) Certificate CompTIA Network + (CE) Certificate SSCP Certificate CCNA Security Certificate CND Certificate Must possess certifications OR trainings in at least one of the following Operating Systems (Microsoft) to start:

Windows 10, Windows 11.

All other trainings listed must be completed

within 6 months

of onboarding and the most current advanced level trainings must be maintained thereafter.

Salary at RMC is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, a candidate's specific combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific requirements. The current salary range for this position will be $50,000 to $75,000 (annually).
