Key Responsibilities Email Marketing : Develop, execute, and optimize email marketing campaigns, promotional emails, and automated workflows. Track metrics to improve open rates, click-through rates, and conversion rates. Social Media Strategy : Lead the creation and execution of the social media strategy across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.). Drive engagement, follower growth, and brand awareness through creative content and campaigns. Content and NPI Management : Oversee content creation for digital and print channels, ensuring alignment with brand voice and marketing goals. Manage the editorial calendar, collaborate with writers and designers, and produce high-quality content that resonates with our target audience. Strategic Planning : Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies that integrate email, social media, and content to drive measurable results. Conduct market research and stay up-to-date with industry trends to inform strategy adjustments. Team Leadership & Collaboration : Lead and mentor a team of marketing professionals. Work cross-functionally with other departments such as sales, design, and product development to align marketing efforts with business objectives. Analytics & Reporting : Monitor, analyze, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and adjust strategies as needed. Use data insights to continuously improve marketing tactics and drive ROI. Skills

Plan, coordinate, and implement campaigns for new product launches and sale promotions for Nivel product brands. Manage all email marketing for B2B and B2C brand platforms. Experience with Klaviyo or similar email marketing products is a plus. Manage the marketing team through regular weekly meetings, continuous communication, annual goal setting, time management, etc. Ability to maintain creative requests through a tracking system such Smartsheet or similar tool as the basis of communication between creative team members and marketing team members. Ability to lead the coordination of all photoshoot and videography shoots by planning, scripting, and scheduling each photoshoot based on the asset needs for marketing. Ability to grow SMS Marketing through creation and implementation of text messages. Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field; Minimum of 5+ years of experience in marketing. Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies. Strong background in content creation and creative strategy. Experience managing multi-channel marketing campaigns. Proficient in using marketing analytics tools and platforms. Excellent communication and project management skills to inspire the team.
