JPMorgan Asset & Wealth Management (“AWM”) has a new opening for a Workplace Solutions -FP&A  Executive Director based in New York, NY.  This position will report directly to the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of Workplace Solutions with dotted line accountability to the Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) of Workplace Solutions As a member of the Workplace Solutions Financial Analysis team, you will influence outcomes for the business and challenge performance. You will be accountable for core financial discipline and organizational health. This is an exciting opportunity to partner with the senior executive of Workplace Solutions in executing the new and revised five year Workplace Solutions strategy . Job ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement a comprehensive client profitability framework, including processes and reporting systems, to identify re-pricing opportunities and track financial performance.Establish and refine business acceptance criteria based on client profitability and enterprise value, while enhancing expense tracking for both direct and operating costs.Create and improve management information systems (MIS) for reporting key performance indicators (KPIs) and financial results, and analyze financial data to identify business drivers and improvement opportunities.Participate in the month-end close process, resolving data issues, and prepare insightful presentations for business reviews and senior management meetings.Execute ad-hoc analytical requests, support senior stakeholders, and lead internal reviews to guide business and financial decision-making.Collaborate with functional partners across Asset and Wealth Management (AWM), Corporate Investment Bank, and Commercial Bank to build financial metrics and reports that support the successful delivery of the 5-year strategic plan.Required Qualifications, Capabilities and Skills:An interest in financial analysis and managementAble to handle complex initiatives in a global environmentExperience in strategic planning, issue resolution and negotiationSkills in oral and written communication, and presenting to senior level managementProficiency in Microsoft Office applicationsBachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience8+ years working experienceJ.P.
