Sr Structural Engineer - commercial building - Billerica MA - Responsibilities:

• Develop construction documents, conduct site investigations, and take field measurements.
• Analyze and design structures following building codes and standards.
• Prepare professional reports, letters, and documentation.
• Create structural sketches, sections, and specifications using Revit.
• Estimate and design structural elements like columns, footings, and walls.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary project teams for seamless execution.
• Provide technical guidance and mentor-ship to junior engineers.
• Oversee quality control for calculations and project deliverables.
• Travel occasionally for site visits and meetings.

Profile

Sr Structural Engineer - commercial building - Billerica MA - Qualifications:

• 5+yrs experience as a structural engineer on commercial or industrial projects
• 3+ yrs experience using REVIT
• Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering or Structural Engineering
• P.E. professional licensure preferred
• Familiarity with industry standards (ACI, AISC, ASCE 7, Building Code)
