Job Description We are seeking a skilled and motivated Project Manager to lead our sales and retention technology initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, a deep understanding of sales and retention strategies, and a passion for leveraging technology to drive business growth. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and overseeing projects that enhance our sales and customer retention efforts through innovative technological solutions. Job Responsibilities Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders. Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets. Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the execution of projects. Responsible for delivering projects while effectively managing time, scope, and budget. Identify and document success criteria Communicate project progress, risks, and issues to stakeholders in a clear and timely manner. Manage stakeholder expectations and foster strong working relationships with cross-functional teams. Collabrate with IT and development teams to integrate new solutions into existing systems. Ensure the implementation of technology projects, including POS and food service and retail systems, marketing automation tools, and customer analytics platforms. Work closely with sales and marketing teams to understand business needs and translate them into technological requirements. Develop strategies to improve customer retention and loyalty through the use of technology. Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of sales and retention initiatives. Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation plans. Conduct regular risk assessments and adjust project plans as necessary. Maintain project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and meeting minutes. Prepare and present project updates to senior management and other stakeholders. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field. PMP or equivalent certification is a plus. Proven experience as a Project Manager, preferably in sales and retention technology projects. Strong understanding of sales processes, customer retention strategies, and related technologies. Excellent organizational and multitasking skills with a keen attention to detail. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse teams. Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Jira, Smartsheet, and others) and CRM systems. A proactive and results-oriented mindset with a proven record for driving business growth through technology.
