Data Entry Call Center Associate

Location: San Diego, CA The USC Keck School of Medicine - Alzheimer's Therapeutic Research Institute (ATRI), located in San Diego, California, is an academic institute comprised of scientific collaborators committed to advancing the development of new treatments for Alzheimer's disease through innovative clinical trials. This position is responsible for answering and directing incoming general inquiries made through the Alzheimer Therapeutic Research Institute's (ATRI) Website, using email and phone call as the main communication methods. The Call Center Data Entry Associate responds quickly and courteously to basic inquiries using email templates and call scripts, and enters data in the client relationship management computer system(s) ensuring data accuracy. This position is also responsible for following up on unresolved general inquiries, performing simple tasks such as identifying and escalating to the corresponding internal team, the Call Center Team Leader, or other Subject Matter Experts in ATRI as appropriate. This position will also serve as backup for the Call Center Customer Service Representatives and will perform other data entry tasks as needed. Use of Microsoft Office tools (Outlook, Word, Excel) or Google Workspace tools is highly preferred. Minimum Education: Associate's degree, Combined experience/education as substitute for minimum education. Minimum Experience: 2 years. Minimum Field of Expertise: Secretarial or specialized clerical, including some administrative experience. The hourly rate range for this position is $22.29 - $28.06.
