Quality Control Inspector II/III Halcyon Manufacturing, Inc Full Job Description Halcyon Manufacturing is a modern contract manufacturing company of machined parts and components. We are looking for an experienced Quality Control Inspector to join our team. As a new company, this role will have great potential for growth within the company. We are looking for a self-motivated individual with an aptitude to improve and a can-do attitude to perform in a fast-paced prototyping environment. We deliver beautifully produced parts to a wide range of sectors including Semi-Conductor, Medical, Aerospace, and Home Defense. Our facility is filled with only the highest quality equipment and maintained to an immaculate clean/safe environment for all of our team members. https://my.matterport.com/show/?m=iN15copNM7i Job Duties (But not limited to): Inspect machined parts for conformity during IPC (Buyoffs) and Final Inspection. Maintain the Quality Procedures, Training, and Quality Database. Parts inspection using various hand tools and equipment. Prepare, maintain, and disposition of NCR, RMA, CAR records. Verify parts to blueprint specifications. Process data via company’s ERP and QMS. CMM Programming. Job Requirements: Must be able to retain and convey complex information relating to the job. Attention to detail, Analytical Skills, Team Work, and Communication Skills. Must be able to read blueprints and understand GD&T. Must be able to use hand tools such as calipers, micrometers, thread plug gauges, etc. Must possess a valid driver's license and have reliable transportation. Must be a US citizen or hold a Green Card. CMM Programming (Zeiss Calypso). Desired Experience: Experience in CNC Prototype/Production Manufacturing environment.
