About the Tech Advisory & Sales Team The Tech Advisory & Sales team supports both JLL Technologies (JLLT) and Work Dynamics (WD) to serve the needs of our enterprise occupier clients driving their sustainability, technology, and real estate agendas through the use of technology. Role Purpose The Tech Advisor is aligned to priority accounts where growth potential, NPS, or other divisional priorities demand a high-performing leader capable of cross-functional CRE technology advisement. The role is centered on a technology advisory function to this subset of prioritized accounts to influence technology adoption and tech-enabled growth. The Technology Advisor communicates and educates the technology strategy for JLL and the division as an integrated part of the account leadership teams. Key responsibilities include: Development of technology strategy and roadmaps to encourage growth and solve key areas of client feedback and pain in assigned priority accounts. Identify and assess technological opportunities to enhance client operations and drive value. Educate clients and internal stakeholders on JLL's technology capabilities and their potential impact on business outcomes. Participate and/or lead strategic account planning sessions, providing technology-focused input and guidance. Proactively identify and address potential technology-related challenges within priority accounts working with sales teams to qualify sales opportunities. Contribute to the creation of technology-focused business cases and ROI analyses for clients. Develop and implement tailored technology strategies to drive adoption and tech-enabled growth within assigned accounts. Develop and deliver presentations on JLL's technology strategy to key stakeholders and decision-makers. Stay current with emerging CRE technologies and industry trends to maintain JLL's competitive edge. Own direct follow-up on client NPS pain points and feedback with concerted action plans. Act as a liaison between clients, account teams, and JLL's technology divisions to ensure alignment and seamless execution. Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to leverage JLL's full range of tech-enabled solutions. Measure and report on the impact of technology initiatives on account performance and client satisfaction. Support the development and refinement of JLL's overall technology strategy based on insights gained from priority accounts. The Candidate Experience 5+ years’ experience across multiple disciplines of Corporate Real Estate services, technologies and/or solutions. Strategic thinker with an emphasis on business strategy and business growth mindset. Ability to identify solutions to business challenges, translating client needs into impactful recommendations. Independent, self-performer with the ability to rapidly complete project initiatives. Articulate and effective communicator, years of experience and a level of comfort presenting to large groups and senior executives. Strong team player with exceptional interpersonal skills to act as a liaison and navigate numerous stakeholders and working on projects across a highly matrixed environment. Past success in sales support role or environment. Strong project management and execution skills. Comfortable with ambiguity and constant change in direction/focus, experience leading transformation. Experience with successful selling outcomes using structured sales processes and tools such as Miller Heiman and Salesforce. Successful track record of achieving immediate credibility; presenting varying ideas to create value and challenge the status quo; and able to think quickly, listen well, and understand how to react and modify approach in front of clients and other key influencers. Dedicated to exceeding client’s expectations by working alongside the services teams to ensure excellence in delivery is achieved delivering win/win outcomes. Strong influential skills with ability to work across diverse stakeholders to drive common solutions. Estimated total compensation for this position: 170,000.00 – 220,000.00 USD per year The total compensation range is an estimate and not guaranteed.
