Currently seeking a

SharePoint Developer . The right individual has a strong background working with customers to gather/understand requirements, prototyping SharePoint solutions, and developing documentation, such as User Acceptance Testing Scripts. The right candidate has breadth and depth of SharePoint experience-feels just as comfortable in classic and modern SharePoint environments and can tackle tasks related to InfoPath forms, PowerApps, Power Automate, PowerBI, and SharePoint Designer workflows.

Salary range

of $90,000 - $130,000 is based on experience and technical interview.

Active TS(SCI) Clearance required

Lead the design, development, and implementation of complex SharePoint solutions, leveraging InfoPath forms, PowerApps, Power Automate, and SharePoint Designer workflows. Design and develop custom SharePoint sites, pages, libraries, lists, views, workflows and scripts. Collaborate with a business analyst and customers to intake and triage support requests, conduct backlog/prioritization, and gather requirements. Communicate with client and development team to design and develop applications/solutions in SharePoint to meet the needs of program personnel to automate workflows, improve business processes, and integrate other applications into SharePoint. Develop and deliver training, communications, and user guides/tutorials to train and provide administrative support to program personnel on SharePoint functionality including procedures, standards, and best practices. Perform SharePoint user management, group management, and permissions management. Provide general support, troubleshooting, and guidance to program staff. Develop briefings and reports as needed. Calculate key performance metrics and develop performance reports, as needed. Provide one on one training with program personnel on using Microsoft SharePoint. Build Teams groups and channels to support SharePoint sites and knowledge management, document storage to support various groups within the program office. Ensure adherence to accessibility laws prior to client delivery. Think critically and apply customer and industry insight to solve client problems creatively and quickly. Required Experience and Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in information technology, business, or a related discipline. A minimum of 5 years of experience in SharePoint Development (including customized code, creating/modifying web parts, creating/modifying automated processes within SharePoint). Demonstrated experience as a SharePoint developer, with expertise in SharePoint 2016, 2019 and SharePoint Online. Demonstrated ability to read, edit, create, and implement ASP, ASP.NET, VB.NET for custom solutions in SharePoint. Demonstrated ability to read, edit, create HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery and JSON code to create new and edit existing SharePoint solutions. Demonstrated experience with SharePoint Designer and InfoPath. Demonstrated experience with PowerApps Power Automate and Power BI. Experience with knowledge management. Experience with requirements gathering/interacting with clients. Demonstrated ability for basic graphics editing. Advanced experience automating business processes by developing workflows and applications in SharePoint. Strong communication skills to be able to understand business requirements and translate into technical requirements/solutions. Experience creating documentation (business requirements documents, technical documentation, user acceptance test scripts, user guides, etc.). Ability to develop formal and informal presentations and prepare reports which clearly document conclusions and recommendations. Possess excellent critical thinking, leadership, analysis, and data gathering skills. Self-starter with a drive to accomplish tasks with high attention to detail. Strong written, oral communication, and presentation skills. Meticulous attention to detail with a high degree of accuracy. Must be a team player with strong interpersonal skills, able to lead and work in a collaborative, remote team setting. Ability to organize, coordinate, and deliver multiple complex projects/priorities and keep them on deadline. Strong work ethic with a commitment to client service excellence.
