What the day will look like Demonstrate thorough knowledge of Cyber / E&O insurance marketplace and our team's products and services Demonstrate ability to place a layered program ($500M+) from start to finish Own all aspects of client service for your assigned book of business and new business opportunities in coordination with other team members and by using the deal flow process; effectively connect with other team members and administrative staff to ensure proper prioritization of workflow Use effective negotiation skills to improve broking results for clients Use data, own experience, others' perspectives, and a clear methodology improve client programs and create opportunity with prospective client programs Provide broking status and continuous proactive service to clients during entire broking process and entire period of engagement by client Work in an Aon United fashion to cross-sell Cyber Solutions products and services Optimally connect with all Aon account personnel to ensure consistent and detailed delivery of service to Aon clients and to identify and exploit areas for improvement or account growth Proactively develop and complete a pipeline strategy for new business Effectively apply the claims and legal advocacy group for claim administration and counsel to assist with claim resolution Act as a mentor to more junior team members Drive utilization of all available technology throughout broking process and client service process Replicate effective products/solutions and develop broking opportunities Understand the causes of E&O and avoid and embrace practices to reduce exposure Skills and experience that will lead to success Demonstrate sophisticated ability to present authoritatively in all elements of client facing (internal and external) including technical writing and verbal presentations Retain and grow assigned clients and prospects Be effective in client deliverables (e.g., crafting presentations, proposals, etc.) and ensure all client work is accurate and professional; be seen by clients, prospects and AEs as a trusted advisor Be proficient on internal Aon/ACS policies, procedures and documents Demonstrate expertise in comparison and analysis of insurance policies and determination of needed improvements by market to accomplish objectives, tackle problems and identify business opportunities Be able to articulate the value proposition of Aon and Cyber Solutions Strong interpersonal and communication skills Ability to build relationships Active P&C License 10+ years of Cyber/E&O insurance experience Bachelor's degree Pay Transparency Laws: The salary range for this position (intended for U.S. applicants) is $160,000-$260,000 annually. The actual salary will vary based on applicant's education, experience, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data. The salary may also be adjusted based on applicant's geographic location. This position is eligible to participate in one of Aon's annual incentive plans to receive an annual discretionary bonus in addition to base salary. The amount of any bonus varies and is subject to the terms and conditions of the applicable incentive plan.
