As a senior negotiator for the company, possess the ability to handle all transactional negotiations at a local, regional and global level.
What You'll Do Manage complex legal issues and provide clear, pragmatic legal advice. Review, draft, negotiate, and finalize vendor and customer contracts, ensuring compliance with TD SYNNEX’s policies. Create template contracts and forms. Identify information management needs for assessing legal risk exposure and internal productivity. Provide legal services and support (both internally and externally) that is of the highest standard and that ensures client satisfaction. Identify, cover, and control all aspects of legal risk in contract implementation and internal procedures. Support other legal duties as assigned by your manager. Maintain knowledge of data protection, competition law, environmental law, and regulatory compliance. What We're Looking For Attorney in good standing (valid US state bar license) with 5-8 years of experience and a commercial background. Ability to work largely autonomously with guidance and support from your manager and the Transactional group's management team. Previous in-house experience preferred, particularly in commercial contracts. Experience with MSA's and XaaS contracts preferred. Possess high-level problem-solving skills and the ability to work under heavy stress and pressure with shifting priorities. Possess organizational skills and the ability to methodically work while collaborating closely with all business areas. Capable of meeting tight deadlines and high expectations in a fast-paced environment. Possess excellent communication skills. English mastery required. Additional languages desirable. Possess attention to detail and precision. Strong organizational, time, and task management skills. Positive attitude towards completing tasks. Possess the ability to communicate effectively and concisely, both verbally and in writing, at all levels. Skilled in building effective working relationships with senior management, sales teams, and other key stakeholders. Possess excellent record-keeping skills. Possess ability to research and stay current with relevant areas of law. Proficient in negotiating with external parties to achieve successful outcomes. Possess understanding of cultural differences globally to ensure effective collaboration and results.
