Facilities Manager

Oversee building transition experience, leading a team of 5 directs and a few contractors. Start the day in e-maintenance, reviewing downtime tickets, and prioritizing unplanned and down equipment. Conduct daily layered accountability meetings to set priorities for the day with the facilities team. Follow up with PMs to stay on schedule and with owners of value stream lead. Manage a facility transition project with a deadline until next summer. Budget maintenance and always aim to reduce unplanned downtime. Hard Skills Technical support of facility planning Design, construction, and maintenance of facilities Develop and monitor environmental and/or energy management programs Design building facilities, equipment, and machinery Soft Skills Team management Prioritization and organizational skills Effective communication with all levels of management Problem-solving and collaboration with various departments Job Type This is a permanent position. Work Site This is a fully on-site position in San Diego, California. Regular contact with all levels of management and facility service providers. This role will have direct reports.S Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $94000.00 - $110000.00 Dental, Vision, Health during the contract period.
