Stay updated on relevant laws, regulations, and industry developments. Requirements: Advanced degree (Ph.D. preferred) in biology, biotechnology, biochemistry, cellular/molecular biology, molecular genetics, microbiology, or a related field. Previous experience in a law firm or industry setting. Admission to the USPTO.
