Job Summary: As a General Manager, you will be the leader of your restaurant's success! You will lead your Restaurant Management Team and Team Members through performance, engagement, and training initiatives. Great hiring, training, and retention are key to reaching sales and profit goals. Our General Managers are expected to run the store as if it were their own business with an eye to the bottom line. Requirements: Minimum of 2 years’ experience in the Quick Service Management Restaurant (QSR) industry is required. High School Diploma is required; BSc/BA or MSc/MA in Business or a relevant field is preferred. Available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays. Serve Safe Certification is a plus - training may be provided to the right candidate to get certified. Demonstrating an understanding of P&L interpretation to influence profitability. Familiarity with positive conflict resolution. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. Able to withstand comfortably the physical demands a restaurant environment holds.
