Summary: This will be a critical member of the CCMO's office, responsible for driving strategic initiatives, ensuring operational excellence, and helping to drive high-impact projects that directly contribute to the company's growth and customer-centric goals. This individual will be a highly organized, strategic thinker, with a proven ability to manage cross-functional projects and drive results in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: Project Management:
Lead and manage a variety of high-impact projects, ranging from strategic initiatives to operational improvements Communicate project progress and results to key stakeholders
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Build strong relationships with stakeholders across customer service, marketing, product, sales, and other relevant departments Foster collaboration and alignment across teams to ensure successful execution of initiatives Facilitate communication and problem-solving across functions
Data-Driven Decision Making:
Utilize data and analytics to monitor progress towards goals, identify opportunities for improvement, and inform decision-making Develop and maintain dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs) Present data-driven insights to leadership and stakeholders Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform strategic decisions Develop and implement comprehensive plans to achieve strategic objectives
Experience: 10+ years of experience in a strategic or operational role Proven track record of leading and successfully completing complex projects Strong understanding of SaaS business model, customer service, and marketing principles and best practices Skills: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills Ability to influence and build consensus across teams Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools The annual base salary range for this position is $183,900 - 248,400 USD. Compensation is based on a variety of factors including but not limited to location, experience, job-related skills, and level. Bonus/equity may be available.
