Summary:
In this role, you will provide leadership and guidance into the development and implementation of the Member Networks strategy, with the support of the senior leadership team, with an emphasis on member engagement, satisfaction, retention, growth and Vizient business goals for senior ambulatory executives.
You will partner across Member Networks, with Performance Improvement leaders and Vizient business units to deliver and develop a contemporary and cutting-edge member experience which supports members in achieving their cost, quality and market performance goals. As the executive lead, with the support of Sr Leadership, provide oversight of the Executive Strategic Planning meetings, and online Community Platform exchanges that advance the strategic, operational and market success of member hospitals and health systems through discovery, knowledge sharing, learning, collaboration, and innovation with peers and other industry leaders. You will partner as a subject matter expert to ensure members have a comprehensive and inclusive Member Networks experience.
Responsibilities:
Build an ambulatory Executive Member Networks experience, driving local health system improvement and guiding a national ambulatory perspective.
With the support of senior leaders, organize and execute highly engaged member executive networks and online Community Platform exchanges that advance the strategic, operational, and market success of members through discovery, knowledge sharing, learning, collaboration, improvement, and innovation with peers and industry leaders.
Act as an ambulatory expert and leader for the designated member network. Remain current on industry trends, innovations, and best practices to support member needs and network focus.
Establish and maintain excellent relationships with key member audiences for assigned audiences to strengthen member engagement in Networks and other Vizient offerings, positioning Vizient as the preferred industry resource.
Support the engagement of our ambulatory executive audience overseeing team and member interactions within personas to support the team in solving member challenges, transferring knowledge around leading practices, and identifying emerging member needs.
Oversee the planning, organization, and facilitation of Ambulatory Executive Network(s) meetings, executive advisory boards/committees, member groups, taskforces, leadership series, and webinars to deliver Member Networks communications, agendas, and content within budget, with appropriate key performance indicators (KPIs), and with high satisfaction and value.
Oversee engagement metrics, evaluation and synthesis of trends, and support team's actions steps; Oversee and implement leading practices.
Collaborate with senior leader and team to ensure that Member Executives are positioned in the appropriate cohorts available to them through Member Networks.
Partner with senior leaders to identify, develop, and coordinate linkages among network members and with other Vizient functional areas.
Develop, collaborate, lead, and support the success of assigned Vizient Member Connections staff to promote the team and Network development.
Be viewed as a trusted partner/peer and help position Vizient as a preferred industry resource for member ambulatory executives.
Provide insight/input to "topic-based networks" emerging issues identification.
Partner and contribute to the Member Networks team in achieving revenue generation through member retention, proactively identifying opportunities for member sales growth, and responding to member inquiries for additional services facilitated through intentional programming and placement of Vizient offerings in Member Network events.
Qualifications:
Relevant degree preferred. Master's degree desired.
10 or more years of relevant ambulatory experience within a hospital or health system is required.
Experience in an ambulatory leadership role is required.
Strong leadership and people management skills with an ability to lead enterprise-wide projects and cross-functional teams.
Experience in presenting education and/or expert content.
Ability to interpret and discuss operational, clinical, marketing, and financial related health care data and analytics preferred.
Excellent oral communication, interpersonal, writing skills.
Excellent project management, planning and analytical skills.
Must be proficient with all MS Office Products.
Willingness to travel.
Estimated Hiring Range:

Compensation decisions are tailored to individual circumstances. The current salary range for this role is $156,500.00 to $273,700.00. This position is also incentive eligible.
