Our unique blend of services includes project management, packaging, distribution, transportation management and specialty logistics, ancillary supply management, clinical supply optimization, bio-repository storage and much more.Discover Impactful Work:As part of our distributed team, what you do contributes directly to our mission; enabling our customers to make the world healthier, cleaner and safer.A Day in the Life:This position performs the correct breakdown of clinical returns following randomizations, standard operating procedures, and group leader instructions to ensure compliance with customer specifications and cGMP's.Reconciliation of return drug supplies as stipulated in protocol specific Accountability InstructionsAble to work overtime and weekends when needed to meet business needs and demands.Education:High school diploma or equivalent required.Experience:Required: No previous work experience requiredPreferred: Experience in distribution, warehouse or supply chain or related fieldPreferred: Experience with powered industrial trucks (order pickers)Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:Ability to understand and follow written instructions and the ability to learn new tasks with the assistance from the Supervisor and/or the Returns Support Associate.High attention to detailBe able to operate a pallet jack.Physical Requirements / Work EnvironmentAllergies to specific pharmaceuticals, like penicillin and cephalosporin, may disqualify individuals from performing these duties.Standing, bending, pushing, pulling, reaching and handling bulky containers/packages.
