Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Planning:
Develop and execute a detailed go-to-market strategy for your assigned accounts region, identifying key target accounts, building strategic channels, forming partnerships, and launching effective marketing initiatives.
Sales Execution:
Design and implement a comprehensive sales plan to meet and exceed quotas, managing the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals.
Market Expansion:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities within your region, while cultivating and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders, partners, and clients.
Customer Engagement:
Collaborate with senior executives, such as CISOs, CIOs, and CTOs, to deeply understand their security challenges and deliver tailored solutions to meet their needs.
Collaboration:
Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product management, and customer support, to ensure seamless alignment and optimize sales efforts.
Reporting and Analysis:
Regularly update senior management on sales performance, market trends, and competitive landscape. Provide detailed sales forecasts and performance reports.
Dynamic Environment:
Thrive in a fast-paced, high-performance environment, contributing to a culture of innovation and agility.
Requirements: Experience:
At least 5 years of proven success in achieving sales targets, specifically in selling cybersecurity software products.
Startup Experience:
Previous experience in a startup environment is essential.
Industry Focus:
Proven track record selling into the manufacturing sector is a must.
Technical Knowledge:
Strong understanding of cybersecurity, particularly within industrial and operational technology (OT) environments.
Sales Expertise:
Solid enterprise sales experience with a demonstrated ability to engage multiple stakeholders and manage complex sales processes. Experience selling to senior-level security executives (CISOs, CIOs, CTOs) is preferred.
Business Acumen:
Ability to identify, evaluate, and capitalize on sales opportunities, demonstrating strong business insight in a fast-changing environment.
Leadership:
Proven ability to lead and execute successful sales efforts in early-stage or growing companies.
Language Skills:
Fluent in English, with proficiency in Spanish being an advantage.
Approach:
A proactive, hands-on attitude with a passion for driving success both individually and as part of a team.
