Job Description Maintain and support the Universities Oracle Financials Systems Work cross-functionally across stakeholders and IT team to ensure all errors and tickets are resolved Resolving problems with automated financial processes, including workflow and data validation issues Provide expertise for ongoing and new Oracle Financials projects and initiatives Provide support for day-to-day operations, including requirements gathering, configuration, testing, and managing Oracle support requests and patches Support month-end and year-end activities in Oracle Cloud Ensure installation meets end users requirements and quality expectation We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day. Skills and Requirements 8 years of experience as a BSA working with financial systems 2 years of experience in Oracle Cloud Financial, ideally with EPM or ERP Experience working with the functional team gathering requirements, creating BRDs, troubleshooting end users, display sessions, staging, etc. Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally between stakeholder and IT teams Experience working within AWS Experience working in ServiceNow Ticketing System null We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
