In this role, you will be responsible for the management, standardization, creation, review and maintenance of all correspondence and forms generated to communicate with client members across Financial Services Life Operations and Wealth Management. Other key responsibilities will include: Communications Management: Drive concepts spanning both internal and external communication channels with a strong focus on expanding the Digital presence of the organization. Draft, review, and manage all correspondence, ensuring clear, professional, and accurate communication with clients and members. Review and Analyze Correspondence and Forms: Evaluate and assess correspondence, forms and other documents for accuracy, compliance, and consistency with organizational standards and regulatory requirements. Develop, Design, and Modernize Correspondence and Forms: Create, modify, and improve correspondence, forms and other documents used with the Financial Services Operations organization, ensuring clarity, ease of use, and alignment with current policies and practices. Customer Experience: Ensure that client/member correspondence is clear, concise, relevant, and timely, leveraging data and feedback to continuously provide the highest level of customer experience. Data Entry and Processing: Ensure that data received on each form can be accurately input into the appropriate system manually and systematically, maintaining high levels of data integrity and confidentiality. Quality Assurance: Conduct quality control checks on system generated correspondence and completed forms to ensure that all required information is included and meets organizational standards. Collaborate with Departments: Work directly with Financial Services Operations Leaders, as well as Marketing, Compliance, Legal, Customer Service, and Agency Services to ensure correspondence, forms and other documents meet the needs of each function and align with broader organizational goals. Maintain Records: Ensure all correspondence, forms and other documents are properly versioned, stored, organized, and archived; following legal, regulatory, and company requirements. Analytics and Reporting: Analyze communication performance metrics to assess the effectiveness of each communication, using insights to drive continuous improvements. Compliance and Regulation Adherence: Ensure all correspondence, forms and other documents are compliant with relevant laws, regulations, and organizational policies, working closely with the Legal and Compliance departments. What It Takes to Join Our Team: Associate's degree in business, communications, computer science, management information systems, or related field or equivalent experience required. Bachelor's degree preferred. 1-3 years' Experience in the digital communications channel with a focus on digital form creation, dynamic forms, and electronic signature and delivery. 0-2 year's life insurance industry experience in a systems development or implementation setting preferred. Desire to pursue LOMA exam process preferred. Understanding of business processes, business procedures and processing systems a plus. Basic understanding of life and annuity products preferred. Exposure to requirements gathering and software testing practices preferred. Strong analytical skills and ability to solve non-routine and complex problems are required. Superior prioritization and organizational skills required. Strong oral and written communication skills required. Ability to work in-person from our office in West Des Moines, Iowa.
