JOB DESCRIPTION:
As Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating all aspects of project execution related to the development, implementation, and delivery of shredding solutions. This role requires a seasoned project manager with exceptional leadership skills, a deep understanding of project management methodologies, and a proven ability to drive successful project outcomes within budget and schedule constraints.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Project Planning:
Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, schedule, budget, resource allocation, and risk management strategies. Stakeholder Communication:
Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, ensuring clear and effective communication throughout the project lifecycle. Resource Management:
Coordinate resources, both internal and external, to ensure adequate support for project activities and milestones. Risk Management:
Identify project risks and develop mitigation plans to minimize impact on project deliverables. Quality Assurance:
Implement quality assurance processes to ensure that project deliverables meet or exceed customer expectations and quality standards. Financial Management:
Monitor project budgets, track expenses, and report on financial performance to ensure projects are delivered within budget. Continuous Improvement:
Drive process improvements and best practices within the project management team to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
QUALIFICATIONS: Education: Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Project Management, or a related field is a plus. Project management certification (e.g., PMP) is highly desirable. Experience: Minimum of 7 years of experience in project management, with a track record of leading complex projects in the industrial machinery or equipment sector. Proven experience in team leadership and management, with the ability to inspire and motivate team members to achieve project goals. Proficient in project management methodologies and tools, with a strong understanding of project lifecycle processes. Leadership and Team Management:
Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to build, develop, and motivate high-performing project teams. Communication Skills:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization. Problem-Solving:
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to identify issues, develop solutions, and drive resolution in a timely manner. Negotiation and Conflict Resolution:
Experience in negotiation and conflict resolution to resolve issues and conflicts that may arise during project execution. Technical Understanding:
Basic understanding of industrial machinery and equipment, particularly industrial shredders, is advantageous but not required. Adaptability:
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and requirements. Analytical Skills:
Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze data, evaluate risks, and make informed decisions to drive project success.
