Who you are:
As a
Trust Systems Support Specialist
you are our first point of contact when problems arise. You'll play an important role in providing initial response and support to Trust system users. You'll use your strong problem-solving skills to ensure issues are resolved with the Global WealthES program, as well as with TrustReporter. More than that, this role is about giving users the best chance to succeed with our signature all-win approach.
What you'll do
: Provide help and solutions, where possible, to Trust system users; including the internal Global WealthES program as well as with TrustReporter Establish user IDs and profiles for Global WealthES internal users and both internal and external TrustReporter users Compile reports for management Coordinate semiannual user profile reviews as required by audit Always take action using Integrity, Caring, and Excellence to achieve all-win outcomes What you'll need:
Proficient in Microsoft computer applications Excellent written and verbal communication skills Additional Preferred Skills:
