ABOUT THIS FEATURED OPPORTUNITY
The Technical Project Manager will lead a multi-year, highly complex, and cross-functional initiative that involves the end-of-life transition to a next-generation contact center platform, supporting key services.
THE OPPORTUNITY FOR YOU
You will lead the program from initiation to completion, ensuring milestones are met on time and within scope. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess and recommend a new contact center solution. You will develop and execute comprehensive migration plans, including agent and functionality transitions to the new platform. You will partner with teams across the organization to deliver a cohesive solution. You will create and maintain project plans, roadmaps, and timelines independently, leveraging both Agile and Waterfall methodologies as needed. You will ensure clear and timely communication with stakeholders at all levels, providing updates on program progress, risks, and dependencies. You will identify and resolve risks and issues proactively to ensure program success. You will work across diverse teams and time zones to drive alignment and achieve program goals.
KEY SUCCESS FACTORS
5+ years of experience in
Technical Project Management , successfully leading complex,
cross-functional
projects with global teams
Proven ability to independently create project plans and roadmaps in ambiguous and dynamic environments Proficiency in managing projects across diverse time zones
Strong
communication
and stakeholder management skills, capable of interfacing with both technical and non-technical audiences Familiarity with both
Agile
and
Waterfall
project management methodologies
