CircleCI is looking for an experienced Competitive Intelligence and Analyst Relations Lead to join our Product Marketing team. In this pivotal role, you will leverage your expertise to guide CircleCI's go-to-market strategies, enhance our visibility in the CI/CD and DevOps sectors, and strengthen our reputation within the software development community.

What You'll Do
Build and implement CircleCi's analyst relations strategy . This will consist of four main parts Showcasing and positioning CircleCI as a leader in the CI/CD landscape. Cultivating strong relationships to ensure key analysts are consistently informed about CircleCI's innovations, market positioning, and competitive advantages. Organizing and delivering compelling briefings, presentations, and product demonstrations that highlight CircleCI's differentiators and competitive strengths. Identify and maintain KPIs to assess the effectiveness and measure your strategy's impact on competitive positioning and market perception Own Competitive Intelligence
Become the in-house expert on all things competitive and bring that understanding to your cross-functional partners in product, marketing, sales and beyond.
Key activities include:
Conducting comprehensive competitive assessments:
Pinpoint strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats for CircleCI and our competitors. Know the difference between the gimmick and the experience and guide our positioning in response. Monitoring trends : Stay attuned to analyst reports, industry trends and competitive activities, providing actionable insights to inform product development, strategic marketing initiatives and more. Collaborating all the time : Work in close partnership with product, marketing, product marketing and sales to align messaging and integrate competitive insights into strategic planning and execution. We require
7+ years of work experience including time spent in analyst relations, competitive analysis, or similar responsibilities within technology sector roles. Experience conducting meaningful competitive analysis in a b2b technology landscape Demonstrable approaches, strategies and experience for synthesizing competitive findings for use by cross-functional partners Track record of consistent delivery while managing multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment. A measurable knack for conveying complex information clearly and persuasively, especially with varying audiences Strong relationship-building skills, with a demonstrated ability to engage and influence both industry analysts and stakeholders. United States Base Pay Range
$127,000-$159,000 USD
