We are looking for an ambitious team member to join our cutting-edge support team! This role is for individuals who are highly motivated, team-oriented, and have a desire to support large sellers on StubHub with all of their technical needs.
What You'll Do
Support customers (sellers) troubleshoot technical challenges and implement standard product features. Exercise exceptional analytical, troubleshooting and problem-solving skills when supporting customers through cases. Own portfolio of cases and resolve seller issues through skillful management of complex customer problems (troubleshooting and ensuring issues are fully resolved). Demonstrate the ability to research, document, and prioritize customer issues and needs, leveraging internal tools and escalating to appropriate internal teams such as Product, Engineering and additional stakeholders when required. Provide thorough feature descriptions, explanations of functionality and best practices for maximum usage. Position Type and Expected Hours of Work:
This role will in-office at our Atlanta location 5 days per week to ensure cross functional collaboration. Willing to work some weekends and holidays. Who You Are
Demonstrate exceptional analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving expertise. Demonstrate ability to adapt to a fast-paced, high-volume environment while multi-tasking and performing effectively under pressure. Must have solid understanding of Microsoft Suite (Excel - VBA, SQL) Motivated self-starter with excellent time management skills Must be punctual and able to accept continuous unusual work hours, typically, at very short notice What You've Done
Bachelor's degree in a technical field from a four-year college or university 1+ year(s) of experience in Customer Support or technical support positions Certification (Microsoft 365, Google, Apple) is a plus Experience using Salesforce is a plus What We Offer:

The anticipated gross base pay range is below for this role. Actual compensation will vary depending on factors such as a candidate's qualifications, skills, experience, and competencies. Base annual salary is one component of StubHub's total compensation and competitive benefits package, which includes equity, 401(k), paid time off, paid parental leave, and comprehensive health benefits.
