Job Description:
We are seeking a seasoned Marketing Operations Leader to assume responsibilities leading our existing marketing operations team and optimizing our B2B marketing operations. This position recently held by current CMO has highly optimized teams in data/analytics, digital production and automation. This role requires a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of marketing technology and processes. The ideal candidate will drive efficiency, improve data quality, and enhance the overall effectiveness of our marketing efforts.
We have functional leads in each of these areas. We are looking for a "veteran" leader to bring everyone together and elevate out capabilities as our company grows and becomes more complex.
Responsibilities:
Marketing Technology Stack:
Manage and optimize our marketing technology stack, including marketing automation, CRM, analytics, and other relevant tools. Data Management:
Ensure data quality, accuracy, and consistency across all marketing systems. Process Improvement:
Identify and implement process improvements to streamline marketing operations. Campaign Execution:
Support the execution of marketing campaigns by providing operational support and ensuring accurate tracking and measurement. Analytics and Reporting:
Develop and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure marketing effectiveness. Team Leadership:
Lead a team of marketing operations professionals. Collaboration : Work with campaign leads, field marketing, inside sales, sales operations to optimize marketing and company performance Qualifications:
12+ years of experience in B2B marketing operations Deep understanding of marketing automation, CRM, CMS, Analytics systems Substantial Digital/Web production leadership/oversight Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools Experience supporting marketing analytics teams Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 20-25% travel required Preferred Qualifications:
Experience working with technology or SaaS companies Knowledge of ABM (Account-Based Marketing) operations. Experience with data integration and data quality initiatives.
The base salary range represents the estimated low and high end for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, each candidate's compensation offer may vary and will be determined based on but not limited to, your geographic region, skills, qualifications, and experience along with the requirements of the position. Datasite reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time.
Salary Range - $146,520 - $260,300
