Job Description
An employer is seeking a C#/.NET Developer to join a mature Agile scrum team to refine, develop, and deploy enhancements to their suite of custom line of business applications. Components of the current architecture include but are not limited to .NET 8, .NET Core, .NET Framework, MVC, Angular, AngularJS, Webforms, SQL Server (procedures, views, functions, table expressions), Rabbit MQ, Azure Function Apps, Azure App Services, and Azure DevOps Pipelines (build/release).
The scrum as a service team will consist of a product owner and 3-5 software engineers. The team should be able to work collaboratively and independently with minimal guidance. There will be a shared scrum master to work with all the teams and provide continuity across the different teams, in addition to a Lead Software Engineer contact to assist the team during refinement ceremonies. This company participates in Scaled Agiles Program Increment planning quarterly, to manage inter-team dependencies.
