This role is critical in driving new business opportunities and cultivating relationships with prospective clients while positioning Madison Ave Consulting as a trusted partner in Salesforce solutions. We are looking for someone with proven success in lead generation, a deep understanding of the Salesforce ecosystem, and confidence in engaging with decision-makers at all organizational levels. Ideally, you have experience in Salesforce professional services or managed services, bringing valuable insights into the market and the challenges Salesforce customers face. In this role, success will be guided by your ability to: Targeted Outreach: Execute personalized and strategic email campaigns to engage prospects and nurture interest. Outbound Calls: Proactively make daily calls to potential clients to establish connections and uncover opportunities. Campaign Follow-Up: Effectively follow up on marketing campaigns to generate interest and convert leads. Lead Generation: Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified leads, focusing on fostering long-term client relationships. Meetings Scheduled: Consistently secure meetings with prospects as part of your daily tasks and performance targets. These activities will help you build momentum, contribute to the team’s goals, and establish yourself as a trusted partner in driving new business opportunities. Requirements Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation: Proactively identify and engage potential clients who need Salesforce implementation services. Use tools such as Salesforce CRM, LinkedIn, email campaigns, and cold calling to reach and nurture prospects effectively. Generating and nurturing leads will be a cornerstone of your success in this role. Market Outreach: Develop tailored outreach strategies to communicate the value of Madison Ave Consulting’s Salesforce services, focusing on core products like Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Revenue Cloud, and Marketing Cloud. Pipeline Management: Work alongside Client Directors to qualify leads, manage opportunities, and guide prospects through the sales process from initial contact to close. Strategic Partnerships: Strengthen relationships within the Salesforce ecosystem by collaborating with key stakeholders across Salesforce’s verticals and product teams. Client Engagement: Build and maintain trust with prospective clients by understanding their unique challenges and offering solutions aligned with Madison Ave Consulting’s expertise. Collaborative Execution: Partner with internal teams, including pre-sales and post-sales specialists, to ensure seamless transitions from sales to project delivery. Collaborate with the marketing team to enhance campaign effectiveness and follow-up strategies. Revenue Targets: Meet and exceed daily, monthly, quarterly, and annual lead generation and sales quotas, driving growth for both Madison Ave Consulting and its clients. Required Qualifications
At least 2+ years of experience in sales, business development, or consulting, with a strong preference for experience in Salesforce professional services or managed services. Solid understanding of the Salesforce ecosystem, including products like Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Revenue Cloud, and the challenges faced by Salesforce users. Proven ability to build relationships with decision-makers and key stakeholders, including C-suite executives. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to tailor messages to diverse audiences. Experience using Salesforce CRM or similar tools to track and manage leads and opportunities. A proactive, problem-solving mindset with a focus on delivering value to clients.
