U.S. Pipe is seeking a dynamic and forward-thinking Business Development Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing, and implementing growth strategies, and building strong relationships withing the industry. The Business Development Manager will work closely with the sales, technical resource, innovation, and marketing teams to achieve company goals and objectives. Develop a well-networked team with the ability to engage utility and engineering partners.

Specific Responsibilities:

Identify new business opportunities and markets for expansion. Foster strategic partnerships both within and adjacent to the industry to align with organizational objectives and company culture. Develop and implement strategic growth plans to achieve revenue targets. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients. Collaborate with the innovation team to identify market needs and create innovative solutions for end users. Conduct market research and analysis to develop regional marketing plans. Work with governmental affairs to identify and assess potential regulatory threats and opportunities in the market. Assist sales teams in project identification and development to achieve sales targets. Provide regular reports and updates on business development activities. Skills and Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Marketing, or related field. A minimum of 5 to 10 years' experience in business development, project management, engineering, sales, or marketing. (Experience in waterworks and /or utility infrastructure market is preferred. Strong communication and negotiation skills. Excellent interpersonal and networking abilities. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software. Willingness to travel to client meetings and business events.
