Location:Tewksbury, MA (Onsite, 5 days/week)
Salary:$55,000 base

What You’ll Do
Sales Operations Support:Oversee insurance coordination, registry interactions, and deal progress tracking to ensure seamless sales processes.
Title & Registration:Manage the completion of title and registration processes efficiently.
Data Integrity:Maintain accurate customer and sales records while optimizing data management systems.
Document Management:Prepare, organize, and maintain essential records and reports for easy accessibility.
Team Collaboration:Serve as a vital communication link between EV specialists, the sales team, and the business office.
Process Improvement:Identify and implement strategies to streamline administrative workflows.
Eco-Friendly Advocacy:Lead office initiatives that reflect our commitment to sustainability.
What You Bring
1-3 years of administrative experience, preferably in a startup or small business environment.
Strong skills in document management, data integrity, and supporting sales operations (insurance coordination, titles, and registration processes).
Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
A proactive mindset with a resourceful, problem-solving approach to challenges.
