Lexicon Data Analyst
The Lexicon Data Analyst will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy, consistency, and reliability of data within our reporting, analytics, and software solutions. You will play a key role in maintaining data integrity, implementing data quality standards, and optimizing data processes to support informed decision-making across the organization.

Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Marketing, Data Management, or a related field. 1-3 years of proven experience as a Data Analyst, with a strong focus on marketing data. Proficiency in Power BI, Dax, SQL, Salesforce and Google Analytics. Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with statistical analysis and data mining techniques. Responsibilities
Develop, design, and maintain marketing dashboards and reports using Power BI to provide actionable insights to stakeholders. Utilize Microsoft Fabric to manage and integrate data from various sources, including Google Analytics and CRM Systems, ensuring data quality and consistency. Validate the accuracy, consistency, and completeness of data used in critical reports, ensuring alignment with source systems and data models. Develop and maintain detailed procedures for both manual and automated data validation checks. Identify and document data anomalies, discrepancies, and integrity issues, ensuring quick resolution and tracking. Define, monitor, and report on key data quality metrics such as accuracy, completeness, and timeliness. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into data models and visualizations. Perform data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement. Develop visual process maps using tools such as Visio or Figma, clearly outlining workflows and key decision points.
