Must be NYS DOH licensed to practice radiography with contrast injection. Must have x-ray experience. Must have Basic Life Support (BLS). Minimum 3 years of experience in related field. MUST BE A SEASONED TRAVELER. Travel to an off campus site may be needed during this contract. Schedule is as follows: 1st Week rotation: Wednesday 12p-11p, Thursday 12p-12a, Friday 12p-12a. 2nd Week rotation: Sunday 7a-11p, Wednesday 3p-11p, Thursday 12p-12a, Friday 7p-7a. 40 guaranteed hours. PREVIOUS COUNTY RESTRICTIONS HAVE BEEN REMOVED. THIS FACILITY WILL CONSIDER LOCAL CAREGIVERS (50 MILES OR LESS) AT A DISCOUNTED RATE OF $10 OFF CURRENT BILL RATE. YOU MUST CLEARLY DOCUMENT CARGEIVER IS LOCAL DURING SUBMISSION. THE FACILITY CAN CANCEL UP TO 5 SHIFTS PER CONTRACT.Requirements:At least two years recent experience in field, current BLS certification, and a current nursing license per the state of assignment. Equipment-Siemens AS Somtom 64 slice and Carestream Digital Radiology.We are a D&T Center with a Emergent Care on site. We do outpatients up to 7pm but not filled every day. Evenings are usually the emergent care patients. We do not have ambulances bringing patients like an ER does. Guaranteed Hours: 40.00 Contract Weeks:91
