Job Summary We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented IT Senior Quality Assurance (QA) Automation Engineer to join our dynamic Salesforce product team. This role is critical in ensuring the quality, stability, and performance of our applications through automated testing solutions. As an IT Senior QA Automation Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing automated test frameworks and scripts that improve the speed and efficiency of our testing processes. The primary responsibility of this role is to perform comprehensive IT Senior Quality Assurance (QA) automated testing and analysis, along with following the defect process. The successful candidate will play a key role in understanding organizational structures, policies, and operations to ensure end users are successful in using the state IT products that utilize Salesforce. You will collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and other quality assurance professionals to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve defects while driving continuous improvement in testing practices.
