At least 6-9 years of experience in software testing. Proficiency in software testing methodologies, including experience with automated testing tools and frameworks. Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve quality issues promptly Roles & Responsibilities Coordinate with offshore teams to ensure consistent quality standards and timely project delivery. Conduct hands-on testing to ensure product quality. Develop automated scripts and maintain regression scripts Mentor junior engineers and foster a culture of continuous improvement. Liaise with stakeholders to ensure the final product meets expectations. Lead a specific pod within the QA organization, ensuring it meets quality and delivery targets. Facilitate communication and collaboration within the pod and monitor its performance.
