POSITION SCOPE AND ORGANIZATIONAL IMPACT The Marketing Strategy Manager serves as a strategic business partner with an in-depth understanding of the South Florida Business Unit (BU). Acting as the primary liaison for Strategy, Marketing, and Communications (SMC) department, this manager leads the rhythm and rigor of the business, ensuring alignment across South Florida Town Halls, Leadership Meetings, and other critical regional communications. This role is vital for driving strategic content development and effectively supporting the South Florida BU's goals. We seek a candidate with strong expertise in marketing and communications, extensive experience in developing high-impact presentations, and a proven ability to translate complex ideas into clear, compelling messages for executive audiences. The ideal person is a skilled communicator who can engage with senior leadership, bringing strategic objectives to life through both verbal and visual presentations. ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Attend SFRLT meetings to ensure alignment on business initiatives and strategic goals. Facilitate discussions and manage follow-up on progress

Lead the QBR process (Q1, Q2, Q3), focusing on presentation development, market insights, and competitive analysis

Develop tailored presentations for RLT members and transform business initiatives into effective communication campaigns

Serve as the primary lead for marketing and communication efforts at this 450+ person event, managing presentation development and event planning in collaboration with the Events team

Act as a strategic partner by managing presentations, setting agendas, facilitating discussions, and ensuring follow-through

Lead content and presentation development, ensuring alignment with strategic initiatives and performance goals. Capture feedback from over 40 attendees and communicate insights

Perform other duties as assigned

EDUCATION AND WORK EXPERIENCE Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field

MBA preferred but not required

5+ years of experience in marketing or communications, with a strong emphasis on executive-level presentations and strategic content development

Extensive experience developing impactful presentations and high-quality deliverables tailored for executive and C-suite audiences, with a focus on clear and compelling visual storytelling

Proven background in both quantitative and qualitative analysis, with the ability to interpret and apply market data to support strategic marketing and communication decisions

Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word), with exceptional ability in PowerPoint

Strong written and verbal communication skills, capable of engaging various stakeholders

Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities

Analytical and strategic mindset, with an entrepreneurial spirit and creative thinking abilities

Ability to thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment while handling confidential information with discretion

Strong work ethic, maturity, and a positive attitude aligned with Moss's culture
