The Role
We are looking for an expert at the physical infrastructure and support systems for IT and IT related equipment. In this role, you will provide technical advice, planning, design, implementation, construction, commissioning, project management, and strategy to all aspects of infrastructure and facilities required for proper operation of data centers and specialized facilities.
This position will be onsite in Midland, MI.
Responsibilities:
•Identifies problems related to facilities installation, configuration, operations, or performance and has knowledge of the client's availability and performance requirements.
•Leveraging standard, automated, and trusted data-based management system focused on analytics, action, and decision making.
•Coordinating across global cross-functional owners to plan and prepare operational deliverables.
•Focusing on introducing process improvements, understanding business control requirements to ensure compliance, managing multiple stakeholder relationships, and applying knowledge of business and financial tools and acumen to improve business performance.
•Driving the day-day and periodic operational processes of the business and ensure that accurate and effective measurement, reporting, data analysis and data visualization are provided to the business leadership.
•Show expertise regarding physical infrastructure and support systems for IT and IT related equipment.
•Providing technical advice, planning, design, implementation, construction, commissioning, project management, and strategy to all aspects of infrastructure and facilities required for proper operation of data centers and specialized facilities.
•Identifying problems related to facilities installation, configuration, operations, or performance and has knowledge of the client's availability and performance requirements.

Compensation
The compensation range for the position in the U.S. is $59,640 to $113,400 based on a full-time schedule. Your actual compensation may vary depending on your geography, job-related skills and experience. For part time roles, the compensation will be adjusted appropriately. The pay or salary range will not be below any applicable state, city or local minimum wage requirement.
There is a different applicable compensation range for the following work locations:
California: $65,640to$135,960
Colorado: $59,640to$113,400
New York City: $71,520to$135,960
Washington: $65,640to$124,800
Washington DC: $65,640to$124,800
This position will be eligible for Kyndryl's discretionary annual bonus program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Kyndryl's applicable plans. You may also receive a comprehensive benefits package which includes medical and dental coverage, disability, retirement benefits, paid leave, and paid time off. Note: If this is a sales commission eligible role, you will be eligible to participate in a sales commission plan in lieu of the annual discretionary bonus program.

Required Skills, Experience and Circumstances: Minimum of 5+ years' experience in data center management. Located within a commutable distance and able to work onsite in Midland, MI. Expert at the physical infrastructure and support systems for IT and IT related equipment. Experience to provide technical advice, planning, design, implementation, construction, commissioning, project management, and strategy to all aspects of infrastructure and facilities required for proper operation of data centers and specialized facilities. Able to identifies problems related to facilities installation, configuration, operations, or performance and has knowledge of the client's availability and performance requirements. Experienced and advanced education with respect to Electrical Engineering, Emergency/Disaster Planning, Environment Planning, Fire Protection Planning, Mechanical Engineering, Data Center Design, Cabling, Consolidation, Relocation and Physical Security. Self-driven initiative skills Proficient in Microsoft Office tools Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong time management and organizational skills Strong critical thinking and critical thinking skills Detail-oriented, flexible and ability to interact confidently with stakeholders of all levels. Ability to proactively solve problems to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Skills and Experience:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent demonstrable experience Familiar with Agile and Design Thinking
