Description

As a Construction Estimator, you will play a key role in managing and estimating costs for large-scale construction projects. You'll collaborate with project managers, engineers, and senior leadership to ensure accuracy and feasibility in the bidding process. Your ability to assess materials, labor, and time requirements will be critical in maintaining the company's high standards of efficiency and quality.

The Construction Estimator - Base-building / Interiors - Reston, VA will have the following responsibilities:

• Prepare detailed cost estimates and bids for projects.
• Analyze blueprints and other documentation to prepare time, cost, and labor estimates.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure accuracy and timely delivery of bids.
• Track project progress and assess any changes to costs or schedules.
• Maintain relationships with subcontractors, vendors, and clients.

Profile

The Construction Estimator - Base-building / Interiors - Reston, VA will have:

• Proven experience in construction estimating (5+ years preferred).
• Strong knowledge of construction materials, methods, and costs.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Proficient in estimating software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

With a salary range of $90,000 - $110,000, you will also enjoy a robust benefits package that includes:
