Job Responsibilities Compensation (Range): 45-47/ hour: SalaryConstraint Management, Factory Information System and IIOT Monitoring Implementation, Act as liaison with Controls group to coordinate all controls and FIS updatesCoordinate and manage updates to FIS extended properties for New Model ProgramsEnsure FIS is aligned with each plants simulation model.Global FIS planning & costing support and coaching for other regionsReview and approve ACRs for FIS ApplicationsReview and approve all FIS pilots (reports, versions, etc.)Lead quarterly FIS reviews with N.A. Plant ME Managers and FIS Administrators to share Specification changes, FIS Strategies, and collect plant feedbackContribute and support the L2, L3, & FIS Strategy & Governance Meetings to provide assessment, needs, and wants for Final Assembly EngineeringSupport all Executive Constraint Management MeetingsRoll-out new versions to DOMs and Plant PersonnelAssist plants with developing & interpreting Executive Throughput PackagesReview plant Executive Throughput Packages during bi-weekly FAE Constraint Review404 Throughput StatusDevelop and maintain the Executive Throughput Package Pro Forma, including all Single Point Lessons and attachmentsMaintain & update Productivity Operating Process / Constraint Management web based training for FAE.Maintain Productivity Operating Process SharePoint website for Final Assembly documentation.Evaluate program assumptions and provide FIS cost estimates for new model program cost studies based on latest FIS Specification and Lessons Learned.New Process Control Board RequirementsProcess Control Boards at end of Useful LifeNew Tooling AssetsNew Conveyor AssetsRebalance Configurations (assets & PCBs)Asset RevalidationProvide IT with intitial estimate of drop counts, asset counts, & server countsDevelop initial SOW for FIS Integrators & FIS Launch Managers with a complete list of assets (tooling & conveyor) and Process Control BoardsMaintain and improve Global FIS Specification o Provide FAE input and signoff of all FIS specification revisionsMaintain and publish specifications for Final Assembly Process Control BoardsReview with Global Regional leads o Review and Incorporate Lessons Learned into SpecificationInterface with IT on updates to IT FIS Standards, including PCBs Job Requirements3 years of experience in Constraint Management and Factory Information Systems.Bachelor of Science in Engineering, or Bachelor of Science in Computer Science.Education Preferred:Bachelors Degree in Engineering, Computer Engineering or related field.
