Competitive Wages and Benefits: Company Paid Life, Short Term Disability and Long Term Disability Insurances 401k after 1 year with 100% match up to 4% of contribution Medical, Dental and Vision Insurance effective 1st day of employment with option to select High deductible policy with flex spend or HSA Paid vacation, sick time and holidays Position hours: 10:30 pm to 7 am Monday - Friday; Additional hours may be required as needed Technical Services Sanitation Monitor responsibilities include but are not limited to: The Technical Service Sanitation Monitor is expected to monitor sanitation activities through equipment inspection, testing, and process observation, to ensure the production floor meets sanitary requirements prior to operations. The Technical Services Sanitation Monitor is responsible for executing the following tasks according to their training: Perform daily pre-operational organoleptic inspection of processing areas, including facility structure (floors, walls, ceilings, etc.), equipment (permanent and mobile), and equipment parts Perform inspections of peripheral areas for organization and cleanliness. Areas include, but are not limited to: box room, robot room, shipping and receiving, dry storage, break rooms, lockers rooms, sanitation room, truckers lounge and security offices Perform 3rd shift FMEA Audit Complete daily microbiological swabbing (ATP and APC), as well as additional required periodic swabbing Work with production supervisors to perform the pre-production equipment verification checks Test sanitation chemical strength daily Staff Tool Crib, calibrate quality control scales, verify thermometers Other duties as assigned This is a safety sensitive position. This is not a remote position. This position reports directly to the Senior Quality Assurance Manager. Qualified candidates for the Technical Services Sanitation Monitor position should possess the following skills: High School Diploma or equivalent education
A minimum of 1 year experience as a Quality Assurance Technician/Lead-person or have a known ability to effectively control higher priority/important activities to assure proper completion
Exhibited good attendance and work ethics in past jobs
Good verbal and written communication skills (English USDA Requirements are in English)
Ability to work well with others as the job has inherent conflict and confrontational aspects
Ability to learn and apply computer applications
