Intern-Marketing
Consigli is seeking Marketing interns based out of our DC, NYC, ME offices. Marketing interns are responsible for assisting the organization in the development and implementation of its marketing plans. Responsibilities will include but not limited to assistance in preparation of qualifications and proposal packages, production of marketing materials, market research, public relations support, and database maintenance.
Essential Functions
Participate in proposal and presentation project management, writing, organization, editing, layout, production, and delivery Assist in writing marketing content including internal communication, social media, project sheets, resumes, etc. Track and analyze marketing efforts including email, direct mail, etc. Assist with managing client information database Create/edit documents using Microsoft Excel and Word Arrange internal and external meetings Miscellaneous marketing administrative duties Required Experience
Pursuing a degree in Marketing or related field Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook Experience with Adobe Creative Suite preferred (Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) Excellent writing skills Exceptional organizational skills and project management skills to prioritize tasks in a fast-changing environment Knowledge of or ability to quickly learn new technologies (e.g., social media, CRM) Highly self-motivated individual that works well independently and as part of a team Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate with clarity and conviction Ability to handle sensitive information and maintain confidentiality
