Great opportunity for an
IP Docketing Specialist . In this role, you will manage the U.S. Patent and Trademark docketing process, handle U.S. and foreign patent annuities, and ensure all critical deadlines are met. You’ll work closely with attorneys, paralegals, and third-party vendors to maintain the accuracy and efficiency of the docketing system. Key Responsibilities: Manage U.S. Patent and Trademark docketing and daily de-docketing. Process new U.S. and foreign applications and maintain the docketing database. Handle incoming mail, electronic communications, and docket necessary deadlines. Assist with annuity management and ensure timely payments of maintenance fees. Perform quality control audits and manage the intake of newly transferred matters. Support the IP team with creating reports and coordinating with off-site teams. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree preferred. 3+ years of experience in U.S. and foreign patent and trademark docketing. Proficiency with docketing software and data entry. Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
