The Associate Director of Financial Aid oversees a staff of financial aid administrators who work to ensure students are properly funded, packaged, and prepared to start each semester. The function of the Associate Director of Financial Aid is to support the Director. This is accomplished through: Overseeing student financing Conducting initial overview with students Reviewing and following up on student packaging Conducting financial aid reviews with students Monitoring and tracking financial aid packages Managing team performance The Associate Director of Financial Aid must hold a minimum of a Bachelor's Degree. The Associate Director of Financial Aid must also have: 3-5 years experience as a Financial Aid officer/representative Knowledge of Federal & State Grant/loan programs Experience with Return to Title IV calculations Hands-on knowledge of crossover funding issues Managerial experience This is a full-time position that requires day, evening, and weekend availability.
