Responsibilities: Manage and prioritize the CEO’s complex calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements. Coordinate communication between the CEO and various stakeholders, maintaining professionalism and confidentiality. Prepare and organize documents, presentations, reports, and correspondence for internal and external meetings. Act as a liaison between the CEO and executive team, ensuring clear and efficient communication. Plan and execute special projects, events, and meetings, managing all logistics and details. Anticipate the needs of the CEO, proactively addressing administrative and operational requirements. Handle confidential information with a high level of discretion and integrity. Draft and edit communications, presentations, and reports, ensuring accuracy and clarity. Coordinate travel arrangements, including itineraries, accommodations, and transportation. Provide support in board meetings, including agenda preparation, taking minutes, and following up on action items. Assist with financial reporting, budgeting, and expense tracking as required. Must Haves: 5+ years’ experience supporting C-suite executives Exceptionally polished with strong professional presence and communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field. Preferred Qualifications: Financial services or wealth management industry experience. Salesforce experience. Compensation: $85,000-$110,000 per year
