We are seeking a highly skilled Accounting Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in month-end processes, financial statements, and audits. This is a permanent position that offers competitive compensation and benefits packages. Responsibilities:
Oversee the month-end financial close process, ensuring accuracy and completeness of financial statements. Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements. Manage the annual audit process, including coordination with external auditors and preparation of audit schedules. Develop and implement accounting policies and procedures to ensure compliance with GAAP and other regulatory requirements. Provide strategic financial analysis and guidance to senior management on business performance and financial trends. Manage and mentor a team of accounting professionals, providing guidance and support as needed. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements and enhance financial reporting capabilities. Assist with special projects and ad-hoc analysis as needed. Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance. CPA certification preferred. 3+ years of experience in accounting or finance roles. Strong knowledge of GAAP and other regulatory requirements. Experience with month-end close processes and financial statement preparation. Experience managing audits and working with external auditors. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines. Experience with ERP systems and advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
