To support our mission, we’re looking for a team-oriented and collaborative individual to join our Talent Acquisition Operations team as an INCLUSION & DIVERSITY SPECIALIST. As we continue to grow the company at high speed, this role will help drive and measure the best-in-class Inclusion & Diversity solutions that sets us apart from the rest of our industry.
We are a highly visible, high-energy, and fast-moving department. We are looking for someone who is excellent at multi-tasking and can juggle the day-to-day details of coordinating, and who will not flinch when interruptions occur and priorities change. You must have a demonstrated ability to be flexible, meet deadlines, and creatively solve problems. This individual will leverage our platform and products and partner with the broader Recruiting and Diversity and Inclusion teams to help us develop a stronger and more diverse pipeline that represents our global users.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Coordinate, plan and execute internal and external I&D hiring events and other talent acquisition projects. Creatively market Inclusion & Diversity through multiple recruiting channels in partnership with our Employment Branding team to leverage our external recruiting social channels to tell our story. Proactively identify and implement process improvements. Analyze and track initiatives related to underrepresented groups and determine future trends. Research and analyze external talent pools, market supply, partner organizations, and events coupled with utilizing project plans to create customized recruitment approaches to enhance pipeline. Remain current with EEO and diversity-related laws, regulations and policies as well as Palo Alto Networks Diversity and Recruiting narratives. QUALIFICATIONS:
2 years of experience as a function member within HR (Talent Acquisition highly preferred) with exposure to Inclusion & Diversity program is preferred. Comfortable working with large data & analytics and putting into meaningful form that all audiences can understand. Proficiency in MS Office (Advanced Excel analyzing data in spreadsheets, pivot tables or macros). Attention to detail with creative problem-solving skills. Ability to manage ambiguity, risk, and changing direction of projects and strategies. Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate ideas in both technical and user-friendly language. Ability to work well with others at varying levels in the organization. Ability to scale in a high growth, fast paced environment.
