Business Systems Analyst Top Skill Sets Required: Experience in Confluence and JIRA Systems familiarity (ERP: SAP HANA, Postman, XML, Web Interface, Tableau)

Position Description The main function of a business systems analyst is to analyze science, engineering, business, and all other data processing problems for application to electronic data processing systems. A typical business systems analyst is responsible for analyzing user requirements, procedures, and problems to automate or improve existing systems and review computer system capabilities, workflow, and scheduling limitations. Responsibilities Daily conduct system log monitoring and troubleshoot any interface errors or issues with online orders mainly within the SAP S4/HANA system Support eCom process improvement projects and initiatives through evaluation of current work processes and identification of improvement strategies Manage operational support and assist in new product launches, focusing on pricing setup, SKU setup, MAP registration, and SKU extensions Distill vision and strategy for the team. Evangelize and motivate cross-functional teams. Assist in the preparation of project planning and coordination, including but not limited to scheduling, defining roles and responsibilities, and documentation Monitor all interfaces in and out from N-ERP to vendors, warehouse management systems, and samsung.com to ensure seamless integration and functionalities Conduct month/quarter/year-end closing activities by supporting the accounting and finance teams in finding the root cause of any AR discrepancies, fixing issues with the engineering team, and also performing deep dive analysis of order gaps Work with cross-functional teams including HQ, Engineering teams, operation teams, and vendors if required Assist in presenting re-engineered processes to all levels of the organization

Requirements At least 2-5 years of experience supporting operations and product delivery using SAP system Experience in process & SAP SD or FI/CO module management and business strategy Bachelor's degree in relevant field required (Computer science or information sciences and technology undergraduate degree strongly preferred) Demonstrable ability to look for areas of improvement and propose process improvement initiatives Proven execution of new process and system improvement strategies, principles and techniques Experience in leading cross-functional teams that gather information to identify improvement strategies by understanding the organization structure and effectively navigating to drive change management process and system Systems familiarity (ERP: SAP HANA, Postman, XML, Web Interface, Tableau) Proven ability to use Microsoft Office products at an Expert/Advanced level Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment to achieve team goals and complete assignments within established deadlines Experience in Confluence and JIRA preferred Strong analytical skills; Strong interpersonal skills Korean speaking is a plus but not required
